privacy
We -- Hyypr, Inc. -- will never intentionally or
knowingly use or disseminate
any of your personal information, such as email addresses and names, except as required by law
(and then only if all Constitutional
challenges have upheld that law ... maybe). However, we do not
extend this protection to any site or person who 1] advocates
or incites illegal violence, or 2] advocates or incites the abuse of
children, women, the poor, animals, or minorities. So, if you are involved in
those activities, you are not protected by us and we will likely
do whatever we can to assist the authorities in stopping your
activities.
Note, though, that when you publish a paper, that content enters
the public domain so that it is searchable and so that you receive
credit for searches that result in your content being displayed. In addition,
history content you add is put on the internet in order to make it searchable . The
relationships between and among all your content are not shared; to hyypr, these
are where the true value of your knowledge resides.
Finally, we do use aggregated information for our own
internal use. Such aggregated numbers, which cannot be associated with
any single user or discrete group of users, are sometimes
provided to other institutions in the normal course of business. For
example, a bank might want to know whether we are actually making any
money before they give us a credit card.
